Silent Hill: Townfall is set to launch on September 23, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and PC, with availability confirmed on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Pre-orders are already live, and the digital Deluxe Edition includes 48 hours of early access plus extra content over the standard version.

The game is being developed by Screen Burn and published by Konami and Annapurna Interactive. It is a first-person psychological horror set in St. Amelia, where Simon Ordell returns to a fog-covered island to understand his link to the town and the people who lived there. The gameplay blends exploration, stealth, melee and ranged combat, narrative puzzles tied to the CRTV, and multiple endings.
Steam also lists the supported languages as English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. English is marked with full audio support. The Standard Edition includes the base game, while the Deluxe Edition adds Simon’s Alternate Outfit, a digital art book, and a mini digital soundtrack.
Pre-order bonuses include the CRTV Style: Rusted cosmetic, plus the CRTV Style: Beach Edition, which is limited to PlayStation 5. The digital Deluxe Edition also grants the 48-hour early access window. That leaves the release date paired with concrete details on editions, platforms, and language support.
