No Rest for the Wicked now has a launch window for version 1.0: October 2026. Moon Studios’ soulslike action RPG will leave Early Access on PC and arrive at the same time on PlayStation 5, with a simultaneous release on Steam and Sony’s console. Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 versions are planned for a later date. The game is already available on Steam Early Access with a temporary 30% discount, while wishlists are open across supported platforms.

The full launch will also bring the Early Access Founder’s Pack, a free limited-time bundle tied to PC purchases made before July 10, 2026. On PlayStation 5, the same pack will be available through pre-orders before launch day. Its rewards unlock with version 1.0 and include Spirit Cavern, a handcrafted secret hideout reserved for Founders, the Sayer’s Vow sword, a custom early adopter tag, and access to an exclusive Public Beta Test Realm that will remain available even after the full release.
Version 1.0 is being built as a major expansion of the current experience, adding more than 60 hours of new content. The update will introduce a horde mode, new weapons, bosses, enemies, fresh areas, and a fully reimagined class system. Exploration will expand across more than 15 handcrafted regions, with secrets, dangerous encounters, and interconnected paths designed around discovery and character growth.
Progression will become a key part of the full release through a new class and development system, allowing players to shape their Cerim warrior in very different ways even when using the same weapon. Persistent multiplayer will add free private realms where players can share their journey, with worlds that continue to evolve even when the original creator is offline. Version 1.0 will also include crossplay and cross-save between PC and consoles.
The story remains centered on Isola Sacra, an island consumed by the Pestilence and shaken by political unrest, death, and revenge. Players take on the role of a Cerim, a member of a holy order empowered by mysterious abilities and tasked with fighting back against an ancient plague. The final story arc will bring new cinematic scenes and close the main narrative, while endgame activities will offer tougher challenges for players who want to keep testing their builds after the campaign.
