KRAFTON has announced its lineup for Gamescom 2026, which will take place from August 26 to 30 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. The publisher is bringing five very different projects to the event, including new games connected to established universes, shooters, strategy-focused multiplayer titles, cooperative adventures, and dark fantasy action RPGs. The lineup also includes two world premieres, with games set to be shown publicly for the first time during the event.
The most mysterious project is an unannounced new title from PUBG Studios. The game will make its world premiere at Gamescom 2026 and is described as a project that introduces a new setting and gameplay experience within the PUBG intellectual property. KRAFTON has not shared further details, so it remains unclear whether the game will follow a battle royale structure, move into a different genre, or explore a new side of the PUBG universe.

The lineup also includes NO LAW from Neon Giant, a single-player open-world first-person shooter set in Port Desire, a decadent port city built around neon, excess, crime, and a lack of regulation. The game is centered on a reactive world, first-person gunplay, and a protagonist trying to take back what was wrongfully taken from them. After The Ascent, Neon Giant is moving toward a broader project with a very different perspective and a more direct focus on open-world action.

Project ZETA from Nirvanana takes a different approach with a tactical arena structure involving four teams on one battlefield. Described as a multi-team tactical arena, the game will have four groups competing around the Prism, creating constant pursuits, sudden confrontations, and potential temporary alliances. Its main idea appears to be reading the intentions of rival teams and staying one step ahead, rather than limiting every match to a straightforward clash between only two sides.

Age Twisters from Piccolo Studio is the most narrative-driven project in the selection. It is a two-player-only adventure following a grandfather and granddaughter as they trace the path left behind by a missing mother. Its puzzles are built around the ability to freely swap each character’s age, a mechanic expected to change their abilities, perspectives, and ways of dealing with obstacles. The project is therefore shaping up as a co-op game built around communication and the relationship between its two protagonists.
The lineup closes with TARAE: The Unbound from Boundary, a quarter-view dark fantasy action RPG that will also make its world premiere at Gamescom. The game is set in an Eastern fantasy world where the cycle of reincarnation and karmic order is collapsing. Six seekers must break the threads of fate and karma that bind the world. With this selection, KRAFTON is heading to Cologne with a varied lineup divided between projects players already know and several new games that still have much to reveal.
