Elements Destiny launches in fall 2026

Elements Destiny will launch in fall 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam and GOG. Developed by ShrooMoon UG and published by Deck13 Spotlight, the 2D fantasy RPG combines retro pixel visuals, tactical turn-based battles and a character-driven story built around elemental power.

The game takes place in Solitas, a world that believed an old threat had faded into the past. That peace breaks when Airic O’ Fory arrives with a warning that the danger is returning and that only the descendants of the Clans of Elements have a chance to stop it. The official website for Elements Destiny centers that crisis on Erika, who must gather the people chosen to face the world’s possible collapse.

Erika’s journey is not designed as a solo quest. Lia, Maline and Karen will join the adventure, while a wider cast of characters can offer quests, pursue their own interests or push the story in unexpected directions. That gives the RPG a broader focus than a single prophecy, tying the main threat to party dynamics, local conflicts and the different personalities met across Solitas.

Combat is built around tactical turn-based encounters, where hostile creatures and other enemies have to be handled through party abilities and planning. Team members are not useful only in battle, because their support also helps overcome challenges across the game world. Classic RPG systems are part of the structure too, including crafting for weapons, potions and trinkets.

Elements Destiny is planned as a large-scale adventure, with more than 70 hours of gameplay, over 100 soundtrack tracks and professional German voice acting performed by more than 40 actors, available across every supported language. The Steam page also confirms a playable demo, giving players a way to try its tone, pace and art direction before the full fall release.
