505 Games and ION LANDS have announced that Nivalis Nights will launch on September 29 for PC via Steam. An Epic Games Store version will follow at a later date. Previously known simply as Nivalis, the project brings players back to the city from Cloudpunk, but with a very different focus. Instead of delivering packages through neon streets, players will be trying to build a life of their own in a cyberpunk metropolis shaped by water, crowded districts, and towering cityscapes.
Nivalis Nights is presented as a cyberpunk life simulation built around freedom in how players spend their time. You can begin with a small business, such as a noodle stand or a hidden bar, then gradually grow it into a successful restaurant or nightclub. Running a business is not the only goal, though. The game also places importance on exploration, relationships, and building a personal home inside the city.
Nivalis can be explored on foot or by using a private boat. Waterfront districts, hidden alleys, canals, and busy city squares are all part of a structure designed to reward curiosity.
