Sally Face 2 has officially been announced for PC, consoles, iOS, and Android. Portable Moose’s new horror adventure will launch first in Early Access for PC via Steam, with console and mobile versions following later. No release date has been announced yet. The sequel brings Sal and his friends back for another single-player, side-scrolling adventure, this time set in an even darker post-apocalyptic world.

Sal will travel alongside his three friends through a world largely stripped of hope, where supernatural threats and increasingly disturbing revelations shape a story centered on survival and loss. The sequel is intended to push both the artistic and technical scope beyond the original Sally Face while retaining the distinctive visual mixture of unsettling nightmares and classic 1990s cartoon influences.
Puzzles will once again play an important role in progression. Cryptic challenges and brain teasers are used to uncover new information and move deeper into the mystery, while an integrated hint system will provide a more forgiving option for players who prefer fewer obstacles. Characters, enemies, and environments continue the deliberately unsettling illustrated style, creating a contrast between cartoon-like imagery and much darker horror themes.
Portable Moose has also confirmed that every part of Sally Face 2 is being handcrafted and that no AI-generated content is being used in the game. The announcement teaser provides only an initial glimpse of the sequel, with the Steam Early Access date and the timing of the later console, iOS, and Android releases still to be announced.
