Never Be Alone EARLY ACCESS

Step into a world ten years after the outbreak, where cities have been reclaimed by nature, vines crawl across abandoned buildings, and the remnants of humanity cling to survival.

In Never Be Alone, survival is about more than keeping yourself alive. It is about protecting what remains.

You awaken after a six-month coma inside a fragile and isolated safezone, with no memory of who you are or what happened before you were found. The settlement is vulnerable, its supplies are limited, and every person must contribute if it is going to survive.

To earn your place and uncover the truth about your forgotten past, you must venture beyond the walls, explore dangerous territories, confront the infected, and navigate uneasy relationships with the human factions still fighting for control.

The world will react to what you do. Missions, conversations, and outcomes can change depending on your actions, the weather, the time of day, and the people you save—or fail to save.

Will you protect your new home, survive what waits beyond the walls, and uncover the truth?

A Dynamic Story Campaign

• Experience a fully voiced, story-driven campaign featuring more than 1,000 lines of real voice acting and over 30 main missions across three islands.

• Help your safezone endure, form crucial alliances, encounter competing factions, and uncover clues about the life you lived before the outbreak.

• Your actions matter. Characters remember what happened, react to mission outcomes, and may treat you differently based on the decisions you make.

Dynamic Missions and Replayability

No two groups will experience the story in exactly the same way.

Missions can adapt in real time based on:

• Your actions and choices

• Mission successes and failures

• Survivors you rescue or leave behind

• Weather conditions

• Time of day

• Previous conversations and discoveries

Objectives, dialogue, character reactions, and mission outcomes may change depending on how you approach each situation.

Seamless Cooperative Survival

Why face the apocalypse alone?

• Team up with friends in seamless co-op, with support for as many players as the host computer can handle. Explore together, share supplies, coordinate attacks, travel in vehicles, and build fortified places to survive.

• Whether you are playing as a duo or gathering a larger group, cooperation can mean the difference between making it home and becoming another body beside the road.

A World Reclaimed by Nature

• Explore abandoned cities, forests, farms, military locations, survivor camps, industrial areas, and settlements slowly being consumed by the natural world.

• The world of Never Be Alone spans three islands, each containing its own locations, dangers, secrets, and stories.

• Search abandoned buildings, follow hidden trails, investigate forgotten camps, and discover what happened to the people who came before you.

Terrifying Infected

Face 11 distinct types of infected, each with different behaviours, strengths, and weaknesses.

Fight fast-moving Sprinters, four-legged Ferals, toxic mutations, heavily transformed Brutes, and rare creatures such as the Night Roarer—a powerful nocturnal infected that hunts after dark.

Some infected have survived long enough to undergo extreme mutations, becoming far more dangerous than the people or animals they once were.

Human Factions and Hostile Survivors

The infected are not the only threat.

• Encounter military forces, bandits, scavengers, and other survivors with their own rules, territories, and motives. Some may be willing to cooperate. Others will threaten your home, steal what you need, or test how far you are willing to go to protect your people.

Immersive Survival Systems

First- and Third-Person Perspectives

Switch between first- and third-person views whenever you choose.

Use first person for immersion and detailed exploration, or third person for greater awareness during movement, combat, and cooperative play.

Fluid and Grounded Movement

More than 550 animations help make your survivor feel responsive, physical, and connected to the world.

Move through windows, crouch beneath obstacles, climb across the environment, interact with containers, and navigate abandoned locations with grounded character movement.

Dynamic Weather, Seasons, and Time

Snow, rain, fog, storms, and changing light conditions affect visibility, exploration, and combat.

Track footprints through snow and mud, use poor weather to move unseen, and prepare for conditions that can make even familiar routes dangerous.

The world also reacts to time of day. Certain missions, conversations, events, and infected may only appear under specific conditions.

Interactive Scavenging

Loot exists physically within the world.

Shelves become empty when supplies have been taken, items remain visibly placed where they can be found, and containers use animated interactions when opened.

Search carefully. What looks like an empty room may still contain the supplies that keep someone alive.

Crafting and Base Building

Gather resources, hunt, fish, farm, craft equipment, and construct defenses.

Build and maintain safe locations using generators, solar panels, storage, fortifications, and other survival systems. Power production reacts dynamically to time of day, weather, and cloud cover.

Farming and Food Management

Grow crops to support yourself, your group, and the safezone.

Protect the water supply, maintain the fields, manage harvested food, and prepare for changing weather. A failed crop can be just as dangerous as an infected attack.

Weapons and Customization

Find, maintain, and customize weapons using attachments such as:

• Scopes

• Suppressors

• Flashlights

• Extended magazines

Choose equipment that fits your situation, but remember that every shot creates noise—and noise attracts attention.

Vehicles and Exploration

Travel with friends, transport supplies, and use vehicles to cross the world more efficiently. Keep them repaired and fueled, because losing your transportation far from home can turn a routine journey into a fight for survival.

Character Customization

Personalize your survivor with different character options, hairstyles, beards, and clothing.

Create a survivor that represents you as you explore, fight, build, and uncover the story together.
