Stupid Never Dies Brings Zombie Action RPG Chaos to PS5 and PC This Fall

GPTRACK50 has announced that Stupid Never Dies will launch this fall for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. The game is a single-player 3D action RPG set inside an otherworldly dungeon ruled by monsters, but its hero is far from a traditional champion. Players control Davy, a timid zombie living at the very bottom of monster society, as he tries to grow stronger and bring Julia, a frozen human girl he falls in love with at first sight, back to life.

The adventure is built around fast combat and a strange form of progression. Davy can defeat enemies, level up, gather unusual items, steal enemy abilities, and customize his undead body with bizarre upgrades. That makes the core loop less about becoming a polished warrior and more about turning a weak zombie into an increasingly unpredictable creature, shaped by the powers and modifications collected during each descent into the dungeon.

Davy’s journey is supported by a cast of odd companions tied directly to progression systems. Dr. Frank, a self-proclaimed supreme intellect of humanity, gives access to Frank’s Database through Jupiter Target. There, players can check acquired styles, defeated enemies, explored layers, and rewards such as enemy statues, pins, badges, and stickers. Bessie, a tough biker zombie, is responsible for bringing Davy back to the surface on her bike and also runs Bessie Burger, where Zombie Skills can be unlocked and rarity levels can be increased.

Goyle, a stone statue monster who cannot move on his own, helps from the Security Room with analysis of recent dungeon dives, required materials, and available rewards. Acelino, a Chihuahua man who serves as Frank’s assistant, handles Davy’s Body Hack. At Ink on the Brain, players can develop and manage OT Gear, then embed it into Davy, reinforcing the idea that his body is a flexible tool for survival and experimentation.

The latest trailer also introduces boss battles and secondary characters. To push deeper into the dungeon, Davy will have to defeat threats such as Afleet and Wyvern, both connected to the army of KOM, the King of Monsters. Other figures, including Bob Dullahan and Phoenix Zaza Hotfeathers, add to the game’s grotesque and absurd tone. Stupid Never Dies will feature English voice-overs and subtitle options in several languages when it launches this fall.
