Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve is set for October 2, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. Bandai Namco and Bandai Namco Aces also confirmed the pre-order items and a Deluxe Edition with three days of early access.
Pre-orders include the F-14A aircraft and a Steam copy of Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. The Deluxe Edition adds a customizable cosmetic set, a PREMIUM ACE PASS PLUS voucher, and early access starting on September 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT.
The game is built around arcade-style aerial combat, a mission-based campaign, and online play with co-op and cross-play. Steam lists English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, with full audio support marked for some languages.
