Hounded has been shown in a gameplay reveal that confirms its setup: a third-person narrative adventure starring Duke, a young Border Collie. The game is being developed by IMPRNT STUDIOS LTD, published by Silver Lining Interactive, and is planned for PC Windows. A release date has not been announced.

The footage highlights a clear mix of movement and tracking. Duke can run, jump and climb, while scent-based gameplay is used to follow his master’s trail and uncover secrets, puzzles and narrative moments called Imprints. That makes the dog’s sense of smell a core mechanic rather than a background feature.
The reveal also introduces The Hunter, an antagonist who appears at key points and pushes the game toward stealth, platforming and problem-solving sequences. Those encounters suggest a structure built around moving through hostile spaces, avoiding direct confrontation when needed and keeping the search alive.
The story begins when an oppressive regime destroys Duke’s home and separates him from his master, the leader of the Rebellion. From there, the journey moves through Angoldia and the village of Tideswell, where Duke uncovers secrets and a connection to a supernatural force called The Tide. English is the only confirmed language.
