Polyarc has announced Moss: The Forgotten Relic, a new fantasy adventure that brings Moss and Moss: Book II together in a single release built for consoles and PC. It is scheduled to launch this summer on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Switch, and PC via Steam.

This is more than a straightforward bundle of the two original games. Moss: The Forgotten Relic adds enhanced visuals and performance, new cutscenes created for this edition, a Smart Follow camera, and all Twilight Garden downloadable content. The result is a unified package that presents both adventures as one expanded experience rather than as two separate releases.

Quill remains at the heart of the game, leading players through a fallen kingdom that is slowly being reclaimed by nature. The presentation still leans into a storybook feel, with diorama-like spaces, hidden paths, environmental puzzles, and small details that encourage exploration at a measured pace. That structure helps preserve the series’ identity while giving the new edition a more complete and polished form.

One of the most practical additions is the new Skip Combat accessibility option. It lets players focus on traversal and puzzle-solving without having to engage with every encounter, which fits a game that places as much emphasis on atmosphere and connection as it does on action. For players who want a gentler experience, that option could make a meaningful difference.

With the summer window now confirmed, the release is positioned as a definitive way to experience Polyarc’s two Moss games together.
