Rayman Legends Retold launches on October 1 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Ubisoft positions it as a new entry tied to the legacy of Rayman Legends, with Ubisoft Montpellier and Ubisoft Milan both involved in development. The announcement also confirms a new story, a brand-new realm, an expanded Kung Foot mode and an extended soundtrack.

At its core, the game remains a rhythm-driven platformer built around musical stages, dragon rides and exploration across the Glade of Dreams. The newly added area broadens that structure, while four-player local co-op remains one of the main ways to play through the adventure with others.
Kung Foot is also returning in a larger form, giving the side mode more room alongside the main campaign.
