Where the Seeds Fall will launch on November 5, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via Steam. The game is the first title published under CygamesEdge, Cygames’ new label for small and mid-sized teams, experimental ideas and sharp core mechanics, and is developed with ZEREO Inc. It is a third-person action adventure built around a direct but risky promise: descending from a suspended world without missing the landing.
The Earth has been infected by Blight, forcing humanity to build new homes on the branches of the World Tree. In that fragile order, Fell Children are branded as omens of disaster, feared before they can be understood. After a chance encounter with one of them, a soldier goes against orders and chooses to escort the child toward the surface, turning a forbidden mission into a journey about truth, trust and a world that pushed them away.
Gameplay is built around unstable ruins, collapsing platforms, strong winds and landings that need to be planned before the jump. Moving forward is not enough: players have to read the air, identify steady ground and use flower buds growing on the World Tree. These buds can be picked up, carried and thrown onto a chosen landing spot, creating blossoms that absorb the impact of a fall that would otherwise be deadly.
The game is designed as a dense narrative experience that can be completed in about three hours, but it does not end once the main story is cleared. Higher-difficulty maps and a time trial mode unlock afterward, turning the descent into a test of control, memory and speed. On Steam, the PC version also supports achievements, cloud saves, leaderboards, HDR and Family Sharing.
