Deadzone Rogue 2 has been announced by Prophecy Games as a sequel to Deadzone: Rogue, the sci-fi roguelite FPS that has already passed half a million players. The new game is set for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC, with a demo coming soon and no release date announced yet.

The story returns to Talon 13-10 on a fallen Earth ruled by Monarch. The campaign is built for solo play and for co-op with up to three players, with missions that can be tackled across multiple difficulty levels rather than being locked to a single route.
Progression centers on permanent upgrades and build crafting. Each run can mix weapons, augments, perks, items and elemental effects, letting players push different combat styles instead of sticking to one fixed loadout.
Steam also lists a broad language lineup, including Italian, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and more. The asterisk next to some languages indicates full audio support only where Steam marks it as available, while the console rollout still needs to be clarified beyond the platforms already named.
With a demo on the way, the game should give players a first look at the combat flow, enemy variety and the way its permanent progression feeds into each new run. For now, Deadzone Rogue 2 looks like a larger sequel that keeps the original formula intact while adding a new campaign and more room for co-op play.
