Tempete Studio and Juicebox Studios will launch Lost in Tandem on July 22, 2026 for PC via Steam. The game is a colorful, relaxed-paced 2D puzzle adventure that can be played solo or in local co-op for two players. A demo is already available on Steam, giving players an early look at the journey before release.

The adventure takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where Earth has slowly begun to heal after a cataclysm at the end of the 1990s. With humanity absent for decades, nature has reclaimed its place, turning the remains of civilization into lush, strange, and colorful landscapes filled with traces of the past.
The story follows a solitary young girl who encounters an obsolete and defective robot known as Mech-ute. The only useful information left inside its deteriorating system is a set of geographic coordinates, mysterious enough to send the unlikely duo on a journey. Along the way, they will face obstacles, explore vibrant environments, uncover relics from the turn of the 21st century, and meet peculiar characters across a recovering world.
Gameplay is built around cooperation between two very different protagonists. Lost in Tandem uses asymmetrical co-op design, asking players to combine abilities and perspectives to move forward. Through the young girl, players can pilot the Mech-ute, unlock new abilities, interact with the environment, and use the robot’s upgrades to solve problems that neither character could handle alone.
The focus is not on punishing difficulty, but on the bond that grows between the girl and the robot. Tempete Studio frames Lost in Tandem as a heartfelt story about hope and friendship, supported by puzzle-solving, exploration, curious robots, environmental interaction, and one unanswered question: what waits at the end of the coordinates?
