Extremely OK Games has announced City of None, a side-scrolling platform adventure for PC that is set to launch on Steam in 2027. The game is being made by Noel Berry, co-creator of Celeste, alongside Liam Berry, giving the project a clear connection to one of the most respected modern platformers.

The adventure is set in a metropolis split into five sectors, connected by train and filled with spirits, beasts, robots, and other inhabitants who are not always friendly. That structure suggests a game built around moving through distinct districts, learning their routes, and dealing with a city that feels alive rather than serving as a simple backdrop.
Confirmed details also include unique items and power-ups that unlock new platforming abilities, which should expand how each area can be approached as the journey progresses. The official website also offers samples of the soundtrack, adding a first glimpse of the atmosphere while the game remains on track for its 2027 release on PC and Steam.
