Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions is set to enter Early Access on June 11, 2026 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch. A public playtest begins on June 4 on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with progress carrying over into the full game.

The game is a multiplayer-first adventure set in the Astroneer universe. Players operate from the ESS Starseeker, a persistent space station used to plan expeditions, upgrade gear and abilities, and tackle planet-wide objectives across multiple star systems, either with others or on their own.
The loop centers on cooperative missions and shared progression as the station moves on to new worlds. Expeditions involve collecting technology, managing resources, and dealing with alien creatures, hazardous flora, and other environmental threats. System Era Softworks is developing the game and Devolver Digital is publishing it.
Confirmed language support includes English, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Simplified Chinese. English also includes full audio support.
The June 4 playtest gives players a chance to check the multiplayer flow and the carry-over progression before Early Access begins on June 11.
